English to German translations [PRO]

"Against XXX living in XXX there is not made any decision on development of investigations, or brought any indictment of juridical power and is not taken any punishment decision."
Ist leider in ziemlich schlechtem Englisch geschreiben. Ist ein Auszug aus einer Bescheinigung eines Amtsgerichts, m.E. wie ein Auszug aus dem Strafregister.
Ich würde gerne den mehr oder weniger "offiziellen" Wortlaut für eine solche Bescheinigung in deutsch verwenden. |
