Ich würde gerne den mehr oder weniger "offiziellen" Wortlaut für eine solche Bescheinigung in deutsch verwenden.

Ja, anscheinend gibt es die nicht rechtskräftige Anklage. Ich weiss allerdings nicht, ob das eine österreichische Besonderheit ist.
