Ich denke, dass man hier von der wörtlichen Bedeutung weg muss. Es geht darum - meiner Meinung nach - dass der Kredit für jeden problemlos zu haben ist ... "also in jederman's Reichweite". Daher der Vorschlag es mit "leichtfertig" (sprich ohne ernsthaft zu prüfen).
