Kommt hier wirklich darauf an, wie die Hierarchie ist. Scheint nach Satzinhalt ein "untergeordneter Treuhänder" zu sein, der vom Haupttreuhänder benannt wird.

Da es - wenn ich mir deine anderen Fragen so anschaue- um Nachlassangelegenheiten zu gehen scheint, wűrde ich es wie oben ausdrűcken.

Ich habe auch *Nebennachlassverwalter* gefunden, scheint aber als Begriff eher selten zu sein.

“fiduciary" includes an executor, administrator, trustee, conservator or guardian.

agree  Derek Gill Franßen: I actually like "Nebennachlassverwalter" here, even if it is not that common a term in German inheritance law. :)
