neutral  Katja Schoone: Nein, damit hat es hier nichts zu tun. die provisions werden hier durch Begzunahme zum Bestandteil der Urkunde/ Na ja, das hat Volkmar ja schon gemacht, zumindest nehme ich an, dass es in dem Link so steht auch wenn ich es noch nicht nachgeprüft habe
