Ich hab den vorgehenden Satz auch noch mal dazugegeben:
I appoint and bequeath all my said property unto my trustees upon trust to sell call in and convert the same into money with power to postpone the sale calling in and conversion thereof as they shall in their absolute discretion think fit without being liable for loss.
My trustees shall out of my ready moneys and the moneys to arise out of said sale calling in and conversion pay or provide for my just debts funeral and testamentary expenses and invest the residue of such moneys (hereinafter called my "residuary estate") *in investments authorised by law for the investment of trust funds with power from time to time to vary the investments for others of an authorised nature.
Im zweiten Teil (nach dem Stern) gibt es eindeutig zu viele authoriseds and investments, ich blick da nicht wirklich durch.
Wer kann mir helfen? Ich weiss, es ist etwas viel, aber..
Punkte gelten vor allem für die Entwirrung des gesamten Satzes.
Meine schlussendliche Lösung:die laut Gesetz für die Investition von Treuhandfonds zugelassen sind.

Dein Eintrag hat mir wirklich geholfen, und ich würde eigentlich gerne Dir die Punkte geben. Vielleicht kannst Du es ja nochmal als Antwort einstellen?!
und den Rest dieser Gelder zu investieren, und zwar in gesetzlich erlaubte Investitionen für Trust Fonds, und mit Genehmigung, die Investitionen von Zeit zu Zeit innerhalb der gesetzlichen Vorgaben zu ändern.
Etwas freier, aber ich glaube du verstehst das jetzt.
