Explanation:
Da das ein Originalgesetz eines anderen Landes ist, sollte man das (wie üblich) stehen lassen und eventuell in Klammern eine Übersetzung nachliefern.
Das wäre dann das "Gesetz zu Schuldnersanierung und Konkurs" (wie in der ersten von mir unten genannten Referenz formuliert).
