ich bin mir nicht sicher, wie ich "blue laws" in folgendem Zusammenhang übersetzen soll:

"Local or regional policies are permitted when driven by regional differences such as local or regional laws (e.g. ***blue laws***), significant local customs or an inability to enforce a global policy due to differences in local infrastructure.
