ich übersetze gerade ein Response pack, das ist ein Antwortformularsatz, der einer beklagten Firma zugeleitet wurde, damit sie sich darin zu der gegen sie gerichteten Forderung äußert.
Darin ist von einem ** Automatic Orders Pilot Scheme ** die Rede, also einem Pilotprojekt, das an britischen Gerichten zur Vereinfachung von Klagen läuft.
Hier der ganze Satz: Please note, that your Part 7 claim is subject to an ** Automatic Orders Pilot Scheme ** effective from 1 October 2009 to 30 Sepetember 2010 pusuant to Part 51 of the Civiel Procedure Rules.
