In einem Angebotsschreiben über einen Arbeitsvertrag steht:

"The fact that you may have received offer letters from both the "company" as well as the "Division" for the above position, willnot result in the duplification of benefits. Such benefits shall ***accrue concurrently***.

Die Benefits werden also nicht verdoppelt, sondern "fallen gleichzeitig" an.

Was bedeutet das konkret? Stehen sie unabhängig oder alternativ nebeneinander? Welche Benefits welches Angebotsschreibens sind also nun maßgeblich?
