Meine Fragen lauten:
- Wie lässt sich das /s/ ins Deutsche übertragen und gibt es eine deutsche Entsprechung für die "S-Signature"?
- Kann ich wie folgt übersetzen, wenn doch eine Unterschrift von Hand und auch das Siegel selbst nicht vorhanden sind?: "ZU URKUND DESSEN habe ich dieses Dokument unter Beisetzung meines Siegels eigenhändig am heutigen 9. Oktober 2011 unterzeichnet."

Explanation:
würde ich ab /s/ übersetzen.
Eigenhändig gefertigt und gesiegelt am....
wäre die Zeile darüber. Obwohl auch rechtsdeutsch sehr ausgestopft wirkt, ist es keine Konkurrenz für englische Rechtssprache. Deren direkte Übersetzung wirkt im Deutschen barock.
