sie werden natürlich erst mal nach dem irischen Gesetz ausgelegt, interpretiert, bevor sie dann beigelegt werden. Du kannst auch "geregelt" schreiben. Das ist eine ganz einfache Formel in praktisch jedem legal text.

Asker: Danke Renate, aber den Streitigkeiten zugrunde liegt das irische Recht. Dieses soll auch für die "Auslegung" der Streitigkeiten gelten. Du übersetzt "construe" hier mit "beilegen"?
Asker: Moment. "thereof" bezieht sich auf "the English text". Also alle Streitigkeiten bezüglich des englischen Textes werden nach irischem Recht ausgelegt. Mir geht es darum, dass ich nicht verstehe, wie man Streitigkeiten "auslegen" kann. Streitigkeiten "beilegen" wäre das spontan erwartete Verb, nur leider steht es dort nicht.
