English term or phrase: prayer of the petition

Der Anwalt soll "to obtain all reliefs claimed my me prayer of the petition filed herewith".

Was bedeutet "prayer of the petition" hier?

agree  AllegroTrans: exactly, the meaning has to be clear before one attempts to translate// absolutely not! just saying that the meaning of a term has to be well understood before anyone (you, me and John Smith) attempts to translate - so important with legal text
