Aus einem gerichtlichen Schreiben, mit dem ein Anwalt offiziell mit einer Erbsache betraut wird.

Es werden die Befugnisse des besagten Anwalts erläutert:

(...) and without notice to me to move for and obtain in my name or NAME any orders from the said Court for the payment of any sum (...)

Was könnte das zweite "name" hier bedeuten bzw. aus was bezieht es sich?
