I translated it as Buger Akte? Are there any other possibilities? Thanks.
Explanation: I would leave that as it is - Buger Akte is definitely wrong, it would be "Bürgerakte" but this doesn't really make sense. As it concerns Canadian law, it should be left unchanged so it is clear which act is meant.
