Explanation:
unrestraint/unrestrained heisst auch unbeherrscht, was schon eher strafbar ist ;-) es kommt in wörterbüchern aber auch immer wieder im zusammenhang mit der zwangslosigkeit vor, auch in Bezug auf gewisse Voraussetzungen, z.B. eine Genehmigung für etwas. Bin leider kein Rechtsexperte, das könnte aber ein Hinweis auf eine durchaus strafbare Handlung sein.
