Plaintiff: (Name)
Defendant: (Name)
etc.
Ich weiß, dass eine ähnliche KudoZ-Frage schon einmal gestellt wurde und als "beauftragter Richter" übersetzt wurde. Wäre das hier dann ein "beauftragter Sonderrichter"? Das Problem ist ja, dass die referees nicht unbedingt Richter sein müssen.

würde ich so lassen. Um ganz sicher zu gehen, kann man auch special referee schreiben und dann in Klammern beauftragter Richter. Da es sich um ein Scheidungsurteil handelt, ist es eigentlich nicht so wichtig, wie man diese Person genau nennt. |
