Besonderer Hinweis an Hans Liepert: Eigentumsrecht, insbesondere für Immobilien und Grundstücke, kann vom Land zu Land unterschiedlich sein. Immerhin diesbezüglich können beide Gatten je nachdem gleichberechtigt sein, wenn das Eigentum ihnen im Gleichmaß zugeordnet ist. Durch Scheidung kommt es daher automatisch zum Streit, so daß es auch ein Anliegen für das Gericht wird. In diesem Sinn zählt das Eigentum auch zum Vermögen. Ohne diese Thematik weiter zu vertiefen, unterstreiche ich aber, unabhängig vom deutschen bzw. englischen Recht bzw. von der Realität in der Praxis, daß es nicht immer so, daß Ehegatten das Eigentumsverhältnis vor der Ehe wie bei manchen in Deutschland vorab festlegen.
