I'm not totally sure, but it sounds to me like this is more than just "friendly" advice...
The term "in consultation" is usually followed by "with X" (X being a person). This means that the advice was run by some other person (in my example, X) before it was given to the recipient - in your case, P (cf. the description of the so called "Business Legal Services" on the website of this insurance company: http://www.sterlingplans.com/value_added/legal_program.html)...
On the other hand, it may just mean legal consultation. Sorry that I couldn't help more. :-) |
