Same Articles of Association as in my previous queries. Chartered Secretary is the title of one of three persons who buys shares and signs the Articles. The company is a re-insuring insurance company.

In the UK (and probably in most of the countries of the former Commonwealth) "chartered" refers to professionals in accounting, corporate secretaryship, insurance that have demonstrated their abilities by passing certain professional examinations such as Institute of Chartered Accountants for "Wirtschaftsprüfer" and Instittue fo Chartered Secretaries for corporate secretaries. A secretary of a corporation could also be referred to as "Verwaltungsdirektor".
In my opinion, you should not translated this term.
