verminderte Beweisführung Explanation: I found in the Gr.Muret-Sanders that probationary can be "bes. Scot. Beweisführung," etc. and like the second person who answered your question stated, the context of the sentence is a sworn declaration. Alone given the word declaration, I tend to think that this is not american English, where one would say "sworn statement." Thus, it doesn't necessarily have to be a misspelling of the word "probatory"--which is rarely used for the word probative--probative weight or value--Beweiskraft. It just means that the court doesn't give much weight to the Beweisführung on the grounds of this sworn statement. So, that's my two cents, if it still helps. Good luck, Lis Gro�e Muret-Sanders |
