"% Pulls" bezieht sich dabei auf die "pull rate", für die ich nur (oder "wenigstens immerhin") eine Definition, leider aber keine Übersetzung gefunden habe:
pull rate:
a daily percentage of the cattle in a feedlot which are pulled out of the feeding pens and relegated to the hospital yards or sent for emergency slaughter.

| Grading comment Herzlichen Dank, Katrin! Deine Antwort kommt auf jeden Fall am nächsten und wird in diesem Zusammenhang auch häufig genannt - allerdings bezieht sie ALLES an "Minus" mit ein, also auch Abgänge durch Verkauf und Tod. Ich habe mich deswegen letztlich für "Aussonderungsrate" entschieden (gedanklich angestoßen durch Gabriellab's "Aussortierung"), weil dieser Begriff das "Herausziehen" einzelner Tiere aus der Menge am besten trifft.
