Ich nehme an, beim "DiSC model" geht es um "dominance, influence, steadiness, conscientiousness", wobei ich allerdings nicht weiss, warum das "i" klein geschrieben ist...

Gibt es für dieses Modell einen deutschen Ausdruck oder bin ich auf dem Holzweg?

Ich sehe gerade auf der Webseite, dass das kleine \"i\" in der deutschen Fassung (an das ich mich von früher zu erinnern meine) inzwischen nicht mehr da ist. Jetzt heißt es DISG.
