So geht's mir auch. Aber "Zielvorgaben" finde ich schon mal ganz schön. :-) Danke schon mal für die Vorschläge!

Das Wort kritisch wird hier wie im Begriff kritische Masse benutzt. D.h. das sich solche "kritische" Ergebnisse, bei deren Unterschreitung man das Ziel nicht erreicht. Mir fällt einfach keine griffige Formulierung auf Deutsch.

Hier einige Beispiele, wie der Begriff im Text verwendet wird:

"Each of the routines have been calibrated with your management job purpose and critical results so we know that achieving all of these routines and standards will build a profitable business and at the same time develop you and your team."

"Job Purpose and Critical Results. A document which describes in a condensed way why the position exists in the organisational strucutre and the main coutcomes expected from the job holder. There are basic job purposes and critical results for all store positions."

"Critical Results. Write the key outputs (normally consistant year to year) necessary to achieve job purpose".
