- Definition of individual and joint responsibilities,i.e. giving staff a clear understanding of their share in responsibility, instead of demoralizing staff and diffusing responsibility.
Ich habe hier ien Problem mit der Logik: Einerseits steht, die Verantwortung müsse aufgeteilt werden, andererseits heisst es dann am Ende: "instead of ... diffusing responsibility". Ist hier vielleicht gemeint, statt die Verantwortlichkeiten unklar zuzuweisen? Hm. Danke für eure Hilfe! |
