Bus/Financial - Management / Financial Results | | English term or phrase: close on | Im Quartalsbericht eines an der NYSE notierten Unternehmens heißt es:
"The Company ***closed on*** a $000 million global senior credit facility which consolidated its existing senior credit facilities in the U.S. and the U.K."
"Glattstellen" will mir hier nicht gefallen.
Mein bisheriger Versuch:
"Das Unternehmen löste bestehende vorrangige Kreditvereinbarungen in ... durch eine globale vorrangige Kreditvereinbarung in Höhe von US$000 Mio. ab."
"ablösen" statt "glattstellen".
Ist das vertretbar? |

ausgleichen wäre ein Synonym (und vielleicht etwas 'schöner') für Dein glattstellen - Dein ablösen ergäbe wieder eine andere Bedeutung.
denke aber, dass es sich um abschließen handelt - also einen Kredit abschließen (in deinem Fall um die anderen Fälligkeiten abzudecken); sieh dir mal Link an, ob dieser Zusammenhang für Dich schlüssig ist.
