U.U. ist das so gemeint, dass z.B. ein Einkäufer von Lieferanten keine Geschenke annehmen kann, und wenn sich’s halt nicht vermeiden lässt, dann aber melden und brav abgeben, damit man immer schön unbestechlich bleibt.
