Im Code of Conduct eines großen, internationalen Unternehmens heißt es zu der Frage, warum es wichtig ist, dass Mitarbeiter tatsächliche oder vermutete Verstöße gegen den Code of Conduct melden:
"The Company is committed to maintaining an ***ethical culture***, one of integrity and compliance with laws, regulation and Company standards."
Die wörtliche Übersetzung "ethische Kultur" (obwohl es dafür genügend Google-Treffer gibt) widerstrebt mir. Darunter kann sich der normale Mitarbeiter nichts vorstellen. Kann man das lebensnäher ausdrücken?
