Within functional responsibility the regulatory function is ***executively authorized*** towards assigned staff members. Within its regulatory responsibility the central function is also ***executively authorized*** towards staff members of other units.
Central units are steered as cost centers. Their costs are basically allocated to Product Divisions and Sales
Regions via appropriate keys.
