English to German translations [PRO]
Bus/Financial - Management / Arbeiten mit Systemen / Beschwerdemanagement | | English term or phrase: worklist | Es geht um ein Training von Sachbearbeitern, die mit einem System arbeiten sollen.
"... that you continuously and accurately update the XYZ system and review the ***worklist***."
Ich wundere mich, dass ich für diesen im Englischen gebräuchlichen Begriff keine Übersetzung finde. Wenn ich das richtig verstehe, werden in das System - ein Beschwerde-System - neue Kundenbeschwerden eingegeben, der Administrator muss die einzelnen Beschwerden, je nach Länge der Dauer der Bearbeitung, nach einem bestimmten Prozess bearbeiten. Das ist seine "Worklist".

Da es jedoch keine Aufgabenliste (tasklist) ist, kann man annehmen, dass es eine Liste von Arbeitsprozessen (gerade ausgeführten bzw. auszuführenden Tätigkeiten, komplexer als eine Tasklist) ist.
Allerdings glaube ich, dass das Wort nicht unbedingt übersetzt werden muss, sofern es sich um ein Handbuch handelt.
