Es gibt leider nicht viel Kontext, es handelt sich um eine Präsentation mit Stichpunkten. Es geht um die Standorte eines Büroausstatters im Ausland . Im Text kommt später auch "Products to Man" vor... ich steh auf dem Schlauch...

Explanation:
I know, I know, it sounds horribly translated as well as retaining the sexism of the English term. But that's probably not surprising in the circumstances. See page 3 of this trilingual newsletter for an example:

"In einer mehrmonatigen Umbauzeit wurde das Hochregallager für Paletten und Behälter vom althergebrachten «Mann-zu-Ware» auf das modernere System «Ware-zu-Mann» umgerüstet. Dies erlaubt eine noch rationellere Lagerbewirtschaftung."
