Asker: Danke Ingeborg - ein 'reject rate' ist normalerweise Ausschußrate (die guten... die schlechten) - mein Problem ist eher delivery

agree  Johannes Gleim: The term after delivery reject rate is represented by the percentage of defective items which require field service during the warranty period and/or which ... (Google); und ppm = parts per millio stimmt auch.

agree  ramjet: I do think "delivery" refers to parts being shipped to a customer and not machine output, since we see the term "Warranty claims ratio" right above, which cannot apply in any way to a machine
