English to German translations [PRO]
Tech/Engineering - Manufacturing / Machines to number secure documents | | English term or phrase: impact numbering | This is a company valuation report where the different business divisions are described. One is security printing. The sentence reads:
Additionally, we provide a brief overview on the segments (XXX and Security Printing) as well as their sub-segments (Card Systems, Document and Product Identity and **Impact Numbering**).
As far as I know, impact number is "Schlagnummer", so it would logically follow that this is called "Schlagnummerierung", but if anyone out there knows fore sure, I would be much obliged to get your feedback.
