In a contract between a supplier and a company XY who uses the supplier's products in their manufacturing there is a list of definitions of supplier categories. One of them is:

Process Supplies Supplier – Supplier who provides supplies used by XY in its processes, such as chemicals, precious metals additives, solder paste, etc.

What would be the established German term for process supplies? So far I have come up with Prozessmaterialien but don't feel like it is a good translation. Any ideas?

Hilfs- und Betriebsstoffe

Explanation:
Der gesamte Begriff heißt: "Roh-, Hilfs- und Betriebsstoffe". Wie unterscheiden sich die drei Katergorien: 1) Rohstoffe gehen in das Produkt ein: Mehl, Milch und Eier werden zum Kuchen 2) Hilfsstoffe: Das Fahrrad oder die Tür quietscht. Ein bisschen Öl in die Naben oder in die Scharniere, es quitscht nicht mehr; Öl = Hilfsstoff. 3) Der Motor unserer Autos wird überwiegend mit Benzin oder Dieseltreibstoff betrieben - das sind die 'Betriebsstoffe'. Rohstoffe = raw materials, der Rest (oben 2 und 3) sind process materials = Hilfs- und Betriebsstoffe.
