Es geht um Health & Safety-Richtlinien eines weltweit tätigen Industrieunternehmens, konkret um Regelungen für die Wiederinbetriebnahme(Return to Operations) nach Betriebsunterbrechung.
"An example might be procedures for daily plant equipment work (pumps, valves, etc.) vs. when a plant is ***coming out of the turn-around***."
Keine der üblichen Übersetzungen für "turnaround" scheint mir hier zu passen. Evtl. "Generalüberholung"?
