agree  ingo_h: stimmt, wobei das Abpressen auch ein Pressen ist, aber fachspezifischer: www.upov.int/de/publications/tg-rom/tg172/tg_172_3.pdf; gepresst wird das Mark der Wurzel, nicht "Fruchtfleisch".
