Ich habe noch "Verbindungsebene" gefunden. Denkbar wäre wohl auch "Fügefläche", da es sich auch beim Schweißen um einen Fügevorgang handelt. Ansonsten kam in meinem Text auch "bond line" vor - habe noch nicht so 100%ig analysiert, was im Deutschen für dieses "bond" üblicherweise steht.

"Bonden: Fügetechnik zur mechanischen oder elektrischen Verbindung von Substraten, Wafern und Mikrokomponenten mit Montageflächen. Mit dieser Technik können z. B. Siliziumwafer ganzflächig untereinander oder mit einem Glaswafer verbunden werden."

neutral  Marketing-Lang.: I'm sceptical about the forge welding of micro components... Forge welding involves the complete melting of both "sides" to form a bond as strong as the underlying material. With micro components you'd end up with fried chips :-)
