Customers from Latin America and USA are booking on higher fees per stay (Venezuela 76€, Colombia 75€ and USA 70€). This is due to the fact that their focus relies on ‘all inclusive’ resorts in Caribbean and Latin America, the top class hotels from Barcelo. On the other end, UK customers pay and average of 36€ per stay, Spanish customers 44€ and German customers up to 48€ per stay, focused on hotels in Spain. Average rate all over is 56€ per stay.
Weitere Stelle:
Hotels in Caribbean and Latin America account in 2001 for 84% of total revenue coming from the web and 76% of stays from this channel. Average fee in these hotels throuigh this channel is 61€ per night, compared to 37€ in Europe.

agree  danilingua: Übernachtungspreis, es werden höhere Übernachtungskosten berechnet. Gebuehren wuerde in diesem Zusammenhang keinen Sinn ergeben.Es sei denn, es wuerde sich um Steuern etc. handeln, aber nicht hier

In this case I would use "Buchungsgebühr".

Im KOntext von Torusismus (im Gegensatz zu Anwaltspraxis) sind die Gebühren verbunden mit dem Angebot an Unterkunfts- und Verpflegungsart und Umfang. Je luxurioser das Zimmer desto höher ist das Hoteltariff also "fees". Ich würde an Ihrer Stelle das Wort "fees" als HOteltarrif übersetzen. Ausserdem sind diese Tariffe von vorne herein schon bekannt oder werden schon bekanntgegeben.
