In the following sentence of a company's brochure would one use the German word "Erbe" for heritage? or would "Geschichte", "glanzvolle Vergangenheit" or something like that more appropriate??
"Erbe" sounds so....OLD...
ABC’s acquisition of the XYZ Company combined two organizations sharing a very similar **heritage**
They were all very good answers...but there can only be one winner! I found out later, the company actually uses "ähnliche Geschichte" in another German brochure. But I liked Herberts additional comments about "Markenimage" and "Markenauftritt".
Too bad I can't give bonus points to everyone :)
Thanks to all!
