You name it, and it's not only diplomacy that seems to be absent. Don't you think there may be circumstances in the life of people (death, deseases, injuries) that suddenly move things like answering questions or providing feedback, etc. to the very last position one one's agenda?! Why would you be allowed to attack others, while not having any understanding of the situation?! BTW, this is, probably the first time ever (since 2001) that I was unable to timely respond to a request for feedback. What on earth would give you the right to judge me by one single sentence? Some people seem to be of the opinion they are the only important persons in the world.
Frank's words suggest understandable frustration but don't strike me as "rude", Steffen. I understand that frustration: you asked for help, people asked you for more context, you had better things to do than provide any.
I can not help it if you "waste your time". Did I force you to do so? Once you feel this way, maybe you should better visit other places? No need to get rude and to use words like "finally", etc.
