English to German translations [PRO]
Bus/Financial - Marketing / Market Research / Kundenbindung | | English term or phrase: customer engagement | Der Begriff wurde bereits einmal von Aniello angefragt, damals ergab sich als beste Übersetzung "Kundengewinnung/Kundenüberzeugung / Verkaufsprozess".
In meinem Kontext "drive customer engagement" scheint das nicht zu passen. "customer engagement" wird hier als Steigerung von "customer satisfaction" und "customer loyalty" verstanden. "Kundenbindung" wäre etwa richtig, so habe ich aber "customer loyalty" übersetzt. Gibt es einen deutschen Begriff, der stärker ist als "Kundenbindung"? |

Das könnte evtl. in die Reihe passen - oder geht das dann schon zu weit?
Ich komme jetzt nicht auf ein Schlagwort für das Konzept, dass sich der Kunde mit einer Marke/einem Unternehmen identifiziert. "Kundenidentifizierung" (oder "Kundenidentifikation") wäre wohl eher das Finden von Kunden.
