Explanation:
"Best Practice(s)" ist durchaus gängig, aber falls du eine Übersetzung benötigst, ist "optimale Verfahren" ein Kandidat.
Für "sessions" kannst du verschiedene Übersetzungen nehmen, wobei es gut wäre zu wissen, wie diese Sessions aussehen. Persönlich, online, per Telefon, per Chat???
