Context (merger of two insurance companies):

"...two outstanding companies with excellent brands and reputations..."

It seems to me that "brands and reputation" is an independent/self-contained phrase in English. Is there a German equivalent better than "...Unternehmen mit hervorragendem Ruf und ihren ausgezeichneten Marken..."? Does anyone could provide a good/better translation? Thanks in advance!
