agree  Horst Huber: Es scheint tatsächlich, daß "Kulanz" besonders auf Preisnachlässe und Rücknahmen bezogen wird.

  -> Als eine Art 'freiwillige' Garantie (auch zur Kundenbindung)...So z.B. auch der schöne Satz: "Das können wir auf Kulanz machen." Begegnet einen auch im deutschen Einzelhandel immer wieder gerne.
