Und noch eine Phrase aus dem Text um eine Verbesserung der Absatz- und Vertriebsplanung. Ein weiterer Stichpunkt unter den Voraussetzungen hierfür lautet:

"Done at both the ***volume and mix level*** simultaneously."

Zum Thema "volume and mix level" habe ich unter http://www.thirdparty.biz/siop.pdf eine gute Erklärung gefunden, jedoch konnte ich bisher nicht den deutschen Fachbegriff hierfür finden.

Das "level" bezieht sich sowohl auf das "(sales) volume" wie auch den "(sales) mix". Absatzmix wird zwar gebraucht, finde ich aber schlechtes Deutsch.

Ich glaube, es ist wichtig zu übersetzen, dass sich der level - Ebene/Niveau - sowohl auf das Volumen wie auch auf die Mischung bezieht.

Explanation:
Achtung: Da es hier um Marketing geht, würde ich nicht automatisch davon ausgehen, dass sich der "Mix" aufs Produktportfolio bezieht.

Es gibt noch zwei andere Möglichkeiten:
1) den so genannten Marketing-Mix, das ist laut einschlägigen Quellen die "Summe aller absatzpolitischen bzw. beschaffungspolitischen Instrumente einer Unternehmung" - oder, einfacher gesagt, die Summe aller eingesetzten Marketing-Instrumente. (Welche das sind, siehst Du im Bild unter dem angegebenen Link.)
2) den Sales-Mix, Absatz- oder Umsatzmix: Das ist die Verteilung der Absätze oder Umsätze über die Produkte

Was von den dreien nun gemeint ist, weiß vermutlich nur der Kunde... (es sei denn, die Elemente des Mix sind anderswo im Text angesprochen)
