würde ich hier umschreiben.
Es gibt zwar Backend- und Frontend-Software, aber Backend-Abteilung kenne ich nicht.
Also: Das sind Abteilungen, die im Hintergrund arbeiten, die keinen direkten Kundenkontakt haben, im Gegensatz zum Vertrieb, Kundenservice... Vielleicht kommt noch ein guter Fachausdruck aus den ProZ-Reihen. |
