oder so ähnlich.

Resale can be one of two things:
1) Selling again to a new buyer after the original buyer has defaulted or breached the contract (B2B1 + B2B2, if you will)
2) Sale by a retailer who in turn purchased from a wholesaler (B2B + B2C)

From the context you provided, it's not clear to me whether B2B or B2C transactions are being discussed, though I assume the former.
