A special barrel for injection molding. It is essential for molding hard-to-melt materials such as HMW-HDPE or LLDPE.

Im Internet ist von "schwerschmelzenden Materialien" die Rede. Aber der Begriff kommt nur selten vor. Kann ihn jemand bestätigen oder mir evtl. einen anderen Begriff vorschlagen? Danke!

Explanation:
Ich würde auch schwerschmelzend sagen. Ich glaube, der Ausgangstext hätte auch difficultly meltable o. fusible, refractory verwenden können...aber im Prinzip ist schwerschmelzend gemeint.
