PROOFER ENCLOSURE SYSTEM
Tongue and groove, CAM-LOCK type construction.
The wall panels are self-supported.
The roof is supported by the walls and the roof steel supports.
The walls and the roof panels are 4” thick, with ***foamed in place, closed cell urethane insulation.***
The panels are designed for an operating temperature of upto 120°F and 100 % relative humidity.
The panels are constructed of stainless steel (2-B finish type 304) both inside and outside.
