"Formerinnernd" gibt es für Metalle und Kunststoffe, das hier gefragte Gegenteil habe ich leider nicht gefunden, aber würde es mit einem der beiden Vorschläge lösen

also "aus nicht formerinnerndem Material" oder "aus gegen Formerinnerung resistenten Materialien" - so verstehe ich es zumindest.
